Jason McClain’s Residual Revenue Secrets, Scam or Legit? What You Should Know
Jason McClain’s Residual Revenue Secrets program is a decent program. But if you are looking into it there are definitely some things you need to know. When it comes to reading product reviews online much of what you read is written by people promoting it that are getting paid for doing so.
Luckily for you guys and gals, I am in no way affiliated with this program so this review is going to be completely unbiased. So if you are looking into a truthful review of this possible Residual Revenue Secrets scam then you are in the right place. I have reviewed the program and have some important insight to share with you.
Residual Revenue Secrets Review
- Name: Residual Revenue Secrets
- Website: residualrevenuesecrets.com
- Price: Free 3 day course turns into monthly membership
- Recommended?: No for those on a budget, more on this
I’ll jump straight to the point of this review and tell you that NO, this program is not a scam. That said, there are, like I mentioned, some things you probably weren’t told that you should know.
Residual Revenue Secrets is a program that is designed to help people create their own online business. It is designed with beginners in mind and has a free 3 day course to help get you moving.
What is also important is the man behind the program, who’s name is Jason McClain. Jason has quite an impressive record and is pretty well know in the online marketing world. I am very familiar with him because he has founded several other programs in the past, some of his most popular being Project Breakthrough and High Traffic Academy.
If I could pick some of the top markers to learn from, he would be on my list. He has been around a while and has a lot to share no doubt.
However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that Residual Revenue Secrets is a good program. So lets take a look and find out what its all about.
The Free 3 Day Course
Just like any smart marketer or salesman, Jason isn’t going to give you anything too valuable for free. The free 3 day course has some good information, but its just a taste. Its nothing more than a peek behind the curtains that makes you want to see more.
The course consists of 3 lessons, each of which you are supposed to go through the next day. Each lesson has a video that is around an hour long. Below I will go over what each lesson is about briefly…
Lesson 1 – Discovering The Perfect Product
This first lesson starts out with Jason going over his story in online business and his successes and failures.
The main point of this lesson is for you to get an idea of what products you can make money with.
Some of the notable topics of this lesson include…
- Creating a revenue plan for your business
- Finding in-demand products that would be good to promote
- Consumer needs and how to identify them
Lesson 2 – Creating a Business That Works
In this lesson Jason goes over how most businesses end up in failure. This is the truth. Whether you are talking about online businesses or your traditional brick and mortar, most fail.
The lesson covers the 2 approaches you can have for your business. You can either create your own product and sell it, or you can make money promoting other people’s products, which is called affiliate marketing.
If you promote other people’s products you have less control, but at the same time it doesn’t take as long to start making money, so they both have their downsides.
Some of the important parts of this lesson include…
- Why businesses fail
- Your possible approaches to your business
- Identifying a problem, researching it, and finding a solution
- Identifying competitors and reverse engineering their online business
- Outsourcing work
Lesson 3 – Developing a Plan for Domination
In the third and final lesson you will be getting motivated. Jason will be pumping you up to go out there and do this. It’s title says it all. You will be putting the pieces together from the last two lessons and developing an overall plan for how you are going to attack this.
Some key things that are covered here include…
- Developing an overall strategy for attacking this
- Launching an affiliate program
- Focusing on providing value
- Getting in the mindset
And that is it for the free 3 day course. That is just a brief overview. This course is good and all, but it doesn’t give you much. All it is doing is priming you up for the real thing. And the real thing is going to cost you. At the end of this free course Jason introduces you to his Insider Success program, which is what Residual Revenue Secrets is all about. And YES, this is going to cost you.
The Price You Will Have To Pay
To carry on with the training you will have to buy into the Insider Success program and this is not cheap. There are 2 memberships you can buy, “Apprentice” and “Insider”. Their prices are as follows..
- Apprentice: $167/mo
- Insider: $477/mo
I told you they weren’t cheap.
But they will provide a lot of value. As I’ve said, Jason knows what he is talking about. He has been through just about every aspect of online business and knows how to dominate.
His Insider Success program is also teamed up with experts in a bunch of different fields including SEO experts, social media experts, Copywriters, Designers, PPC experts, and more.
Is Residual Revenue Secrets a Scam? Is It Worth The Price Tag?
This program is not a scam. It does provide lots of value for what you will be paying. But is it worth the price? That is a question that you will have to answer yourself.
Honestly, I am not willing to pay that kind of money for any training. $167 to $477 per month is an extremely high priced program and not many people will be able to afford this. While the training is good an undoubtedly provides value, you don’t need it in order to be successful.
I make a living promoting other peoples’ products online via affiliate marketing. I have been doing this since 2015 and have been able to start from knowing nothing and grow that into a full-time income maker. And best of all I didn’t pay for expensive training like this.
Any route you go you will have to pay money. Whether it be for website hosting, a domain, training, tools, etc… you will have to pay some money at some point. But you don’t need to pay anywhere near $167/month.
If you don’t have that kind of money and are looking for a less expensive alternate path, then you might want to take a peek at how I make money online. As I said, I make a living affiliate marketing, which means I promote products online and earn commissions doing so. I have already written a post on how this all works, my approach to it all, and how others do the same. You can read it by clicking the link below..
