What Is Power Lead System?
Power Lead System, or PLS, is an online marketing tool suite that specifically is focused on helping people get leads.
A lead, is a potential sales contact. So when I say that PLS helps you get leads, this means it helps you capture people’s email addresses so that you can follow up with them and try to get them to buy products/services etc.
Capturing people’s emails and building an email list is essential to being a successful online marketer. If you don’t have a list and can’t fire out emails to potential buyers, then you just aren’t going to make as much money as you can.
So the service that PLS provides is definitely in demand.
PLS is also a MLM structured business. This means that anyone can go out and recruit more people into the business and make money off of their efforts. I will be going over this more later.
To get access to all of PLS’s products you will need to pay a recurring $30 charge per month.
In addition to this, if you want to become an affiliate you will have to pay an additional $24/month.
I know its strange that they charge you to become an affiliate, usually this is free, but that is just the way it is.
PLS is most known for their Lead Capture Pages, and these are their main product.
Lead Capture Pages are where you will get a prospect to enter their email.
This has to look good if you want good conversions. And with PLS you are able to create very good and professional looking lead pages. You can customize your lead pages with photos, videos, buttons, etc.
Besides their lead pages, PLS also has an Email Broadcasting feature, an Audio/Video Postcard Creator, and an ad tracking feature.
The Email Broadcaster will allow you to manage your email list and shoot out emails to thousands of people at once.
The Audio/Video Postcard Creator is a tool that allows you to create audio/ video postcard emails that can be very effective.
The Ad Tracking feature allows you to monitor the results of your ads to see how good certain lead pages are doing as well as email broadcasts.
The 2 Ways You Can Make Money With PLS
Like I mentioned above.. capturing prospects emails is essential to being successful in online marketing. And this is exactly what PLS helps you do.
With PLS you can create beautiful Lead Capture Pages and get email addresses. You can then use their Email Broadcasting Tool to shoot out emails to all of those people with different promotions, affiliate marketing offers, or whatever you want.
You can do this with any offer you want really.
The second way you can make money with PLS is by using their affiliate program. With PLS’s affiliate program you can refer other people into PLS and make commissions from them buying in.
So really, its the same thing, just you are using PLS to promote PLS to other people. And if you are interested in doing this then you need to know how their compensation plan works…
The MLM structure of this compensation plan has what you call a “roll-up” or “pass-up” feature. What this means is that you will not get the commissions from each sale that you bring in. Instead, you will get the commissions from every other sale that you bring in.
Each sale brings in $20 commissions. And either you or the person that recruited you (Your Upline) into PLS will get that commission.
You get to keep the first sale, then your 2nd sale gets passed on up to your upline, then you keep the 3rd, and the 4th gets passed up.
It sounds pretty bad that you only get to keep 50% of the sales that you make, but it all depends.
If you are able to recruit in a lot of people then you will be the one benefiting from all the sales they pass up to you. So it just depends.
Also, the more sales you make the more you will get to keep. After you pass up 5 sales to your upline, you then keep the next 4 sales. From then on out you only pass up 1 out of every 5 sales.
50% Matching Bonus
Whenever you pass a sale up to your upline, you don’t lose that sale entirely. Because you will get a 50% matching bonus on your entire payline of all the passups you made.
What this means is that you will get 50% of the money that the people you passed up made on their payline. So if you passed up Joe to your upline and he is making $500 a month, you will get $250/ month as a bonus, and this won’t hurt Joe’s pay at all.
Its Going To Be Harder Than You Think
The truth is that the people that are promoting PLS are doing so so that they can make a commission off of you joining. So they will really hype everything up and make is sound better than it actually is.
The fact of the matter is that its going to be difficult to earn money promoting PLS, as it generally is with any MLM opportunity.
The only way you are going to earn good money doing so is if you are a recruiting machine. Recruit, Recruit, recruit… thats what you need to do.
You need to get as many members underneath you as possible so you can collect all the pass-up commissions. That is where the real money is at.
Final Thoughts & Do I Recommend PLS?
I wouldn’t say that PLS is the best email capture service out there but it is definitely pretty good. The lead capture pages that they provide you with are very nice looking and will do the job.
I do however think that their $30/month price is fairly steep and I don’t like the fact that you have to pay to become an affiliate.
And for those who are calling PLS a scam I would have to disagree. I know it is somewhat “scammy” that people buy this and then use it to get other people to buy it, but that is just how it works. Just because PLS has an affiliate program is no reason to call it a scam.
But all in all I do think PLS is a decent program. But I’m not going to tell you to buy it or not, that is up to you.
