Is iPro Network a Scam? What You Should Know
If you are thinking about buying into iPro Network you should read this first. This company is way over-hyped and there is a lot of misleading information out there. The truth is that buying into this business probably isn’t a good idea and you more than likely aren’t going to make the money that you think you will.
If you are wondering is iPro Network a scam then you are right where you need to be. I am in no way affiliated with this company and this review is going to be as unbiased as possible. In this review I’m going to be covering what iPro Network is and how it operates as well as some things that they don’t want you to know. So take 5 minutes and read this on over.

If you read about iPro Network on the official website it is rather confusing what this actually is. But after digging around and doing some research on this place I was able to figure out that iPro Network is a platform that brings together the world of cryptocurrency, ecommerce, and mlm.
To put it more simply, iPro Network is a platform that provides training and tools to build ecommerce businesses and use cryptocurrency.
There are a lot of cryptocurrency scams popping up everywhere so you really have to be careful with sites like this. (Gladia Coin and Raging Bitcoin are two recent cryptocurrency scams that you should be aware of by the way)
The company’s CEO is a man named Armando Contreras. I don’t really know anything about this guy but he is claimed to have quite a number of accomplishments having owned several multi-national businesses. But they don’t give you any information as to what the names of these businesses are or anything like that.
iPro Network has 5 different training/tool packages that include step by step instructions, software tools, and how-to videos. These packages range in price from $100 to $5,500. They are designed to help people create and set up their own ecommerce websites, attract visitors, and ultimately make sales.
The packages are as follows…
In addition to purchasing these packages you will get a 100% rebate in the form of Pro Coins, which is iPro Network’s own little currency system.
The Other Side of iPro Network
One of the main reasons there is so much hype surrounding IPN is because it is also a mlm, meaning that members can recruit in other members and make money off of their efforts.
To become an Independent Sales Associate (ISA) it costs $50/year. And this gives you access to the affiliate mlm structure so you can then go out and recruit others to join in.
All of the hype is coming from these ISA’s promoting this company like crazy trying to make money off of it. Many of them have bought into it to make money promoting it alone, and aren’t actually using it for the training and products.
There are 2 ways you can make money promoting iPro Network… you can directly recruit new members in, or you can earn money from the people that your recruits recruit in, or their recruits and so on.
As a Independent Sales Associate you will earn 10% on your direct sales. So if you get someone to purchase the Professional packages which costs $5,500, you will earn $550. But if you get someone to purchase just the Basic package you will earn just $10.
The mlm structure is binary, meaning there is a left and a right side. Underneath you and everyone else there will be 2 positions that need to be filled.
After filling the 2 positions beneath you the additional members you recruit will spill over and go underneath them somewhere in your downline.
The amount of commissions you will earn from these people in your downline depends on the smaller side. You will get 10% commissions from the money generated by the smaller side of the binary structure. These commissions will be given out each week.
In addition to these commissions you will also get “matching bonuses” from up to 4 levels beneath you in a uni-level structure.
A uni-level structure is different from a binary one and there are an infinite number of positions below you and in each level as you can see from the diagram I put here…
The matching bonuses you will get depending on the level are as follows…
- Level 1 – 10%
- Level 2 – 10%
- Level 3 – 20%
- Level 4 – Unknown
So what this means is that you will get an additional 10% commissions on the amount of money that your personal recruits make (level 1), another 10% commissions on the amount of money that their recruits make (level 2), and so on.
Is This a Pyramid Scheme?
Is it possible that iPro Network is a pyramid scheme? I know there are a lot of people asking this so I’ll tell you my take on it.
I know the mlm structure of it all may make it seem like it is a pyramid scheme and I know that a lot of people are buying into this just to promote it and recruit other members in….. BUT the fact of the matter is that iPro Network does sell products and they do make money on them.
The real question that needs to be answered here is how much money they actually make on retail sale of products. Because if their revenue is too reliant upon recruitment rather than retail sales this could still be a pyramid scheme. But there just isn’t enough information out there to say for sure… and this overall lack of information is cause for concern in of itself.
You can learn more about the difference between legitimate mlm’s and illegal pyramid schemes here.
Overall I don’t really see too much value in iPro Network. From the limited information I could find the packages they sell are decent. And the “coin back” approach where they give you 100% rebates in the form of Pro Coins is nice and all… but these coins are absolutely useless outside of iPro Network. They are not publicly traded and have no value in the outside world.
One of the main problems I have with this all is that iPro Network isn’t very transparent. Its difficult to figure out what they really are and what they really do. There are a lot of unknowns and I don’t have all that much trust in them because of that.
Overall, I’m just not so sure that iPro Network is a good choice to join. But its up to you.
As an alternative to making money online, one thing that I will recommend to you is to take a look at how I make money online.
I make a living working for myself online, which I think is a pretty awesome job. You can learn more about it by clicking the link below that will take you to a post I wrote. In this post I explain what it is that I do, how it all works, and how others can do the same.
