ESPN Streak for the Cash, Scam or Legit? Why I Wouldn’t Bother

ESPN Streak for the CashIf you are looking to get started with the ESPN Streak for the Cash app and possibly make big money with your knowledge of sports…. you might want to reconsider. Why? Well its just not worth it in my opinion.

I have reviewed this app and I think you would have to be boarder-line insane to spend your time trying to win money with it. Is ESPN Streak for the Cash a scam??.. No, I am not saying that at all. What I am saying is that the chances of you winning anything at all are so tiny that I’d be willing to bet my life savings on you not winning and you will see why in this short review.

Hey There Visitor: Before You Leave Be Sure to Check Out My No. 1 Recommendation for Making Money Online. I Make Over $6,000/mo Doing This.

How It Works

ESPN Streak for the Cash is all about betting on the outcome of sports games. Its all free and you don’t put any money down to bet.

The goal is to have as long of a winning streak as possible.

You can place a bet on pretty much any game there is…MLB, NBA, WNBA, Soccer, Football, Tennis, and anything else you can think of that they cover on ESPN Network. They even have some non-sport things you can bet on like politics.

When you login or open up the app, you will see a list of games that you can bet on. They are listed in chronological order as you can see below…

You can only select one matchup to bet on at a time. But one the game is finalized you can go and select another.

Most games you will bet on are “straight up” matchups, which just means that you are betting on the winner of the game. But they also have bets for “prop” matchups where you will have to bet on things like baseball strikeouts, football pass completions, points scored vs pitch count, and whatever weird combination ESPN can come up with.

Personally I would only bet on the “straight up” matchups because they are more straight forward and I think easier.

To pick who you think is going to win all you have to do is check a box beside the matchup of your choice. Its pretty simple.

The Prizes

Every month there is $35,000 given away. And this is split up with a $30,000 prize and a $5,000 prize.

The big $30,000 prize is given to the user that had the longest winning streak for the month, which means the most consecutive wins.

The $5,000 is given to the person with the most total wins for the month. It doesn’t matter if they lost every other bet… the streak is irrelevant, only the total wins matters.

How You Get Paid

If you are one of the lucky winners, which is highly unlikely, you will get paid with a check.

Why Its Not Worth Your Time

The chances of you winning are slim to none.

Back in the day you could win the grand prize with a streak of 25 or so. But as this becomes more and more popular there is just too much competition. The steaks you have to get to win now-a-days are ridiculous.

And just to give you an idea of what I am talking about look at the leaderboard here… Its only the 19th of the month and there is a guy with a streak of 34 that is still ongoing!!!

How is this even possible? I sure hope that guy is betting on sports somewhere because he would have won a lot with a streak like that.

As more users join in on this competition the games never get easier or harder to bet on, its just that there are so many people now that the streaks keep getting higher and higher.

Complaints

Technical Issues

There seems to be a fair number of issues with the app. People not being able to place bets, locked out of account, connection issues even when there is good connection, you name it.

The good thing is that you don’t need the app. You can go to streak.espn.com if you want to. You won’t have any problems there.

Rip Off

ESPN is making a ton of money with this game but they aren’t returning the favor. With the increased number of users over the years you would think that they would start awarding more and bigger prizes. But they don’t.

They used to award bigger prizes then what they do now which is the exact opposite of what they should be doing. It seems that the greed is getting to them.

Unrealistic

The chances of you winning a prize are so unrealistic it is ridiculous.

Final Thoughts & What I Recommend

First things first I wouldn’t say that ESPN Streak for the Cash is a scam. But I would say that it is a ripoff. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that is looking to make money. I would only recommend it to people that do it for the competition and the thrill of trying to get the money.

I just don’t really see the point of playing this game though. There are better sports betting sites out there that you can actually win money on. So why not try those? Also, you might want to look into Sports Profit System, which is a place you can pay to join to get expert opinions on sport game outcomes.

But anyways… all in all I just really think that ESPN Streak for the Cash is a waste of time. If you were looking into playing all for the money then I would suggest you take a peek at how I make money online and see if you think you’d like it.

I make a living working online for myself and I sure as heck am not betting on sports like this. I have written a post on what I do to make money online, how it all works, and how others can do the same. You can click the link below to read about it.
